All One-on-One and Group Packages are created out of my personal recovery experience with mental illness and are offered at an affordable price.
I use concepts derived from my experiences receiving life-changing help from mental health experts, years spent researching and studying scientific literature in psychology-related fields, and the input and feedback gathered from tens of thousands of men and women with mental health struggles from all over the world.
I coach my clients in Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance Skills as outlined by Marsha Linehan, the leading expert in DBT treatment. These skills alone have helped me and many others make significant life changes. I have also added extensive coaching content to address areas of self-identity, self-confidence, self-validation, and self-love. These tips helped turn my life from miserable to magnificent, and they will help you too!
I help clients build Self-Soothe Kits, work with families and loved ones to help support the person with BPD, and can tailor any program to fit your individual needs.
Perhaps best of all, I have added the options to make crisis calls and receive coaching through texts, emails, and an online program complete with assignments and extra resources.
No matter what you’re struggling with, I am fully devoted to walking this recovery path with you if you’re ready to build a better life. You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re struggling to do things differently, contact me. We can schedule a consultation and get you started.
